RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with a product or it is damaged, please contact us immediately for an exchange or full refund. For items damaged during shipment, contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within 30 days.

Shipping: All retail orders are shipped either by UPS or USPS Ground, Priority, or Overnight and will be sent out the next business day.

WHOLESALE
Returns: Please report all damages within 3 days of receipt of merchandise by emailing info@mmamadness.com. We will replace your damaged products at no charge. There is a 10% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned and shipping is non-refundable.

Payment: All orders must be prepaid (Check, Visa, MasterCard) unless credit has been established.

Credit: Credit terms may be available upon approval and after the first order.

Shipping: UPS is the carrier, unless otherwise requested. Rates are based on package weights and package destinations.

Back Orders: If a product is going to be back ordered for more than one week, we will contact you to see if you would like the order to be held until it is complete, or ship the order without that back ordered product.
